Personal statement
I am a researcher at the Department of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering. My research interests are in the field of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). My expertise is in Lagrangian CFD formulation that I have previously applied in marine biology (cold-water coral gowth modelling) and marine engineering (sea-water air-conditioning, sloshing, wave-stucture interaction) applications. Prior to joining the University of Starthclyde, I was a Research Associate at the University of Plymouth. I hold a PhD from the College of Sciences and Engineering of the University of Edinburgh.
